Overview

Urbanest Vauxhall is a 33-storey student accommodation development in London SW8. The building opened in September 2018.

The 33-storey tower includes many study areas, lounges and a cycle store.

Photovoltaic panels and a green roof have been incorporated in order to minimise carbon emissions and reduce fuel consumption, alongside a combined heat and power (CHP) unit designed to recycle heat and energy within the development.

Balfour Beatty is building the £42m project. Construction started in 2016 and completed in Summer 2018.
