Brixton Centric is the final phase of a mixed-use development by Muse in the heart of Brixton, London SW2.

Completed Buildings

The wider development comprises New Town Hall, new homes, office space and landscaping.

Somerset Place and Maugham House delivered 94 new homes of which 40% are affordable (34 social rent and 14 shared ownership), which are owned by Notting Hill Genesis Housing Association, 46 private apartments plus a 1,800 sq ft ground floor shop/café.

Ivor House comprises 26 1 and 2 bedroom art-deco inspired apartments in a stunning refurbished 4-storey building. Retail space and restaurant fronting Acre Lane. Completion in 2018.

Brook House comprises 46 1 and 2 bedroom contemporary apartments in a brand new 13-storey building. Completion in 2018.

Olive Morris House is the final phase of the residential element that will create 44 new build apartments on 6 floors. Completion autumn 2022.

History

The site includes Lambeth Town Hall, No’s 1-7 Town Hall Parade, Ivor House, Hambrook House, The Press, land to the rear of the Electric, Buckner Road and Porden Road.

Hambrook House was previously used by Lambeth Council as a housing office.
