2014 - The reconstruction completes. Leasing agents are Knight Frank and JLL. In October four floors totalling 18,450 sq ft are let. Leading Spanish bank La Caixa took 3,391 sq ft of the top floor while Impellam, the global staffing group, took the seventh floor, comprising 7,335 sq ft. The entire ground and lower ground floors, totalling 7,724 sq ft, have been leased to fitness club One Rebel.

2012 - Construction on the building commenced in January 2012, adding two new floors and enhancing and optimising the existing office facilities.

2011 - Rockspring and Moorevale acquired 63 St Mary Axe on behalf of a separate account client in March 2011.
