The entire ground and lower ground floors, totalling 7,724 sq ft, have been leased to fitness club One Rebel.

2012 - Construction on the building commenced in January 2012, adding two new floors and enhancing and optimising the existing office facilities.

2011 - Rockspring and Moorevale acquired 63 St Mary Axe on behalf of a separate account client in March 2011.
