1 Triton Square is an office building at Regent's Place in London NW1.
366,000 sq ft development, which increases the lettable area by 127,000 sq ft and includes 20,000 sq ft of retail and leisure at ground floor and 10,000 sq ft of the affordable workspace.
As much of the existing façades and superstructure of the previous building was kept as possible while adding three extra floors and doubling the lettable area of the offices.

History
2021 September - Facebook takes 310,000 sq ft at 1 Triton Square.
2021 May - the development reached practical completion.
2020 March - On March 25 2020 British Land suspended work on major development schemes at 100 Liverpool Street and 1 Triton Square. Delays to practical completion at these sites are expected. Approximately 9 months of work was left at 1 Triton Square at the time.
2018 - work starts on site.
2017 - The development is pre-let to Dentsu Aegis Network on all the office space, covering 310,000 sq ft.
1 Triton Square was purpose-built for the First National Bank of Chicago in 1997. The building is 200,000 sq ft with recent key occupiers including ATOS Origin and JP Morgan.
