Overview

Longford House is an affordable homes development at Regent's Place in Euston, London NW1.

The development of 22 affordable homes on the site of the Roman Catholic St Anne's Church completed in February 2021. 16 homes are social rent for people on the lowest incomes, and six are intermediate, aimed at key workers.

The 8-storey building contains 10 family-sized three-bedroom homes, 11 two-bedroom units and 1 one-bedroom apartment. The social rented and intermediate homes were built for Camden residents.
