The development of 22 affordable homes on the site of the Roman Catholic St Anne's Church completed in February 2021. 16 homes are social rent for people on the lowest incomes, and six are intermediate, aimed at key workers.
The 8-storey building contains 10 family-sized three-bedroom homes, 11 two-bedroom units and 1 one-bedroom apartment. The social rented and intermediate homes were built for Camden residents.
The scheme is the S106 requirement to British Land for the adjacent 1 Triton Square office development at Regent’s Place.

2021 March - Practical completion achieved.
2018 - Work started on site in early 2018.
2017 - Planning consent gained in May 2017.
