- 15,000 sq ft of contemporary office space on over 3 floors
- 4 retail units dedicated to uses for Chelsea’s creatives
- Solar panels and a green roof
- The plans will restore the historic façade of the original art-deco Gaumont Palace building.

History

2018 - Work commenced in April 2018.
The Habitat store closed on 25 March 2018

2015 October - Planning permission from the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for partial demolition and redevelopment of the site. The front facade of 206 - 222 King's Road (Habitat and cinema) from the 1930's would be retained and Friese Green House would be retained and refurbished. The remaining buildings on the site (196-204 King’s Road) would be demolished and rebuilt. The 2015 Historic Buildings Report was provided by Donald Insall Associates.
