Overview

Archway Campus is a mixed-use development on a 1.4-hectare site in Islington, London N19.

The proposed scheme will provide over 300 new homes, 40% would be affordable housing, community and commercial buildings.

New Apartments
The unit sizes would vary from 1-bed apartments through to 3 bedroom houses.

87% of historic building area retained. The main Holborn Union building and the Clerkenwell and Charterhouse wings will all be retained and refurbished.

The site is bordering Highgate Hill, Tollhouse Way and Archway Road.

History
2014 - Peabody acquires Archway Campus site from University College London (UCL) and Middlesex University for £150m. Deloitte Real Estate advised UCL and Middlesex University.

2018 - Start on site if the permission is granted.
