Lavender Gardens is a residential development in Shepherd's Bush, London W12.
The council-owned former 23-room hostel was redeveloped by A2 Dominion and the construction completed in spring 2021.
The development comprises two buildings - 6-storey block named Calyx and a 4-storey block named Corolla.
45 flats include a collection of 21 one-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom homes. 4 of the new homes are wheelchair-accessible.
24 homes are available at affordable rent for those on the council’s housing waiting list and the remaining 21 are for local first-time buyers to purchase on a shared ownership basis.
Work started on site in summer 2018 and the new homes should be completed by 2020.
