Overview
New Acres Wandsworth is a Build to Rent development that transforms a former B&Q superstore site on 3.43 acres in central Wandsworth, London SW18.
The large warehouse-style store will be replaced with 13 new housing blocks containing 554 new homes and more than 8,000m2 of business, retail and restaurant space.
All will have access to private outdoor amenity space including balconies, winter gardens or a terrace. The developers will also be creating an outdoor playground for young children.
The developer is planning to plant a total of 174 new trees to replace 50 that would be lost during construction. In total the finished site will contain 192 trees including 18 already growing there that will not be affected by the works.
