Overview
Quartet development comprises 132 new homes by Countryside Properties adjacent to Clapton Common in Stamford Hill, London E5.
1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, 2 and 3-bedroom duplexes were for sale. The homes were for outright sale, social rent and shared ownership.
Amenities include a 3,115m2 communal and accessible open space and a new 361m2 depot for the Hatzola ambulance service – the local Jewish-led fast response volunteer service.
Adam Khan Architects was appointed by the Council in September 2015 to design the new homes alongside Muf Architecture/Art, which is designing the landscape and public space.
The Tower Court Estate is part of Hackney Council’s estate regeneration programme of 18 sites delivering in excess of 2,700 homes.
Launched in March 2020. Last home remaining in September 2023.
