Bennet House is a period building located in the St James's Conservation Area on the corner of St James's Street and Bennet Street, London SW1.

Four lateral apartments and one duplex penthouse are now in this building redeveloped in 2015 by Amsprop. The interiors of two show apartment were designed by Kelly Hoppen.
