Overview

Stratford Mill is a mixed-use canalside development in Stratford, London E15.

The second phase of the development will create 245 new BTR homes. Construction will start in Q2 2024, with completion anticipated for 2026.

The first phase of the development created 257 new homes that were completed in 2021. Anthology London Stratford Mills offered one, two and three-bedroom homes for sale. Outdoor space for all units. The apartments are leasehold (999 years). The new homes were sold out in the Autumn of 2022.

2021 - Launched 18th March 2021.
2014 - Planning application approved for the development of seven mixed-use buildings and seven townhouses ranging 2 to 12 storeys in height plus basement, comprising 2,928m2 (GIA) flexible employment use floorspace, 257 apartments, 4 maisonettes and 7 townhouses with associated car parking, access and landscaping.
