Overview

The Gateway is a residential development on a 0.8-acre site on Chiswick High Road in London W4.

The scheme comprised 95 residential units with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom homes with accompanying parking, as well as 4,995 sq ft of commercial floorspace and associated amenities. A provision of affordable housing was available.

All apartments have their own outdoor space.

2015 March - Telereal Trillium secures planning permission following a planning appeal and four-day public inquiry, for the redevelopment of Wheatstone House.
