Samuel Square is a residential development by Southern Space in West Kensington, London W14.

The scheme completed in 2021 offered 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments for private sale.

New homes on Lisgar Terrace the inter-war development built by Southern Housing Group in 1928.

Samuel Square is the 5th Phase of the development, which adds 72 homes for private sale to help fund the project.

History

In 2010, planning permission was secured to upgrade this historic development to redesign homes to modern standards, significantly improve the living conditions, and increase the total number of homes by 20%.

Divided into five phases over eight years, the £50m regeneration project included building extensions to the blocks, stripping out all but the structural component to provide new layouts with modern access arrangements, fitting new larger kitchens and bathrooms, installing lifts, providing better insulation in all of the flats, and creating new landscaped green spaces.
