The JV between the investors has been set up as the Paladin LBS UK Residential Fund, with a total target of investment of $200m-300m (£160m-241m). The joint venture has appointed LBS Properties to oversee its developments and implement its investment strategy.
History
The apartments were sold out in summer 2022.
Also known as Brill Place Tower. Designs by dRMM won the planning consent. Stiff+Trevillion has worked on the building since.
2020 March - Investec Structured Property Finance agrees to provide Brill Place Limited with a £35 million multi-tranche loan. The loan funds the acquisition of a prime development site in Kings Cross, North London, and subsequent delivery of a luxury 22-storey residential tower.
Planning permission was obtained in October 2016 (ref: 2015/2704/P) for a comprehensive scheme comprising 7 development plots, together with significant improvements to the quality of the open space, play facilities, landscaping and connectivity. Brill Place Tower forms Plot 7 of the consented masterplan.
Site & Location
The building sits next to Purchese Street open space, moments from St Pancras International rail station and The British Library. Neighbouring buildings include Francis Crick Institute.
