The building underwent significant internal and external refurbishment with works comprising the retention and cleaning of the existing facades, modifications to the secondary entrance at the corner of Bouverie Street and Tudor Street, and extension of the building at the fifth and sixth-floor level to create additional B1 office floorspace. Landscaped roof terraces will be at levels, five, six, and seven.
The building was reconstructed in 1999-2001 to the designs of Rolfe Judd.
Previously known as Northcliffe House.
