Workspace Group PLC and Canada Life Investments are redeveloping their adjoining properties at the former Highway Business Park and The Highway Trading Centre site.

Workspace's share of the planning consent (44% of the total) comprises 117 residential units (264 units in total) and 31,000 sq. ft. of new commercial space (70,000 sq. ft. in total). This will replace the current 19,800 sq. ft. light industrial building which was valued at £10.8m as at 30 September 2018.

Within a short walk from both Limehouse and Shadwell railway stations.
