2018 September - Planning permission for: Demolition of non-original additions to the rear of the Town Hall Annex and demolition of The Didsbury Centre; refurbishment of the Town Hall Annexe and the erection of a two storey roof extension; change of use of the Town Hall Annexe from B1(a) Offices to C3 residential use and A3 restaurant/cafe at ground floor and erection of two new residential buildings, to provide 185 residential units; landscaping, car and cycle parking and associated works. This application falls within East Ham Civic Conservation Area. This application is affecting the setting of a Conservation Area. Newham Council ref. no. 16/02824/FUL.
