The development transformed a disused industrial site into affordable homes and 252m2 of commercial space.

1, 2 and 3-bedroom Shared Ownership homes next to the Grand Union Canal have floor-to-ceiling windows and access to secluded communal gardens.

Clarion Housing Group, in partnership with Inland Homes, built 135 new homes in the borough of Brent on a 0.76-hectare site in Alperton. 111 shared ownership homes, 24 homes for affordable rent and two commercial units.

Designed by Broadway Malyan and delivered by RM_A architects.
