Overview

Harrow Square is a residential-led mixed-use development from Barratt in Harrow town centre, Greater London HA1. The development completed in 2018.

318 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments. All apartments will feature private balconies with superb views and selected units will have access to roof terraces. 267 homes were for private sale, 30 homes for affordable rent and 21 homes for shared ownership.

The three buildings reaching a maximum height of 20 storeys sit around Perceval Square and are divided into four sections:
- Bond Apartments
- Bryant Apartments
- Hartley Apartments - First phase. 24% of Hartley Apartments were sold on the launch night in October 2016.
- Pearson Apartments

Amenities include a communal roof terrace and 12-hour concierge service.

The development included a 1,450m2 central public library.

TransportOne minute walk to Harrow-On-The-Hill station (Metropolitan line and National Rail).

History

2018 January - Topping Out ceremony took place on 26 January 2018.

2016 - The development was launched on the 26th of October 2016.
