Canada Gardens (E03) is a Build-to-Rent development within the Eastern Lands element within the Wembley Park development in Greater London HA9.

743 new Build to Rent homes across seven buildings ranging from 12 to 26 storeys. The buildings are linked at ground level by amenity space and include podium-level communal gardens.

303 homes will be London Housing Bank equivalent units and will be rented at no more than 80% of market value, including service charges, which is consistent with the London Plan thresholds for intermediate affordable housing.
