Overview

Madison, also known as E01-E02, is an apartment complex next to Wembley Stadium in Wembley Park HA9.

Madison is the eighth Build-to-Rent development by Quintain and comprises 633 homes (381 Build-to-Rent units) across four buildings designed by PRP Architects.

Four blocks, ranging from 12 to 15 storeys in height, provide 633 residential units within the private rented, affordable rented, intermediate for sale and intermediate rented tenures (intermediate rented tenure to be London Housing Bank dwellings). The development includes private communal residential landscaped gardens and a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA).

381 Build to Rent (BTR) homes are for rent through Quintain Living and 252 homes are different affordable tenures. One of the buildings contains Shared Ownership apartments.

Two buildings on the east side of the development were sold to Legal & General Affordable Homes (Bowery) and i4B, an affordable housing subsidiary for key workers of London Borough of Brent.

The Madison development overlooks the iconic Olympic Way and includes an architecturally landscaped podium, a children’s playpark and elegant BBQ spaces with views to the neighbouring National Stadium. Two buildings within Madison have been sold to the London Borough of Brent’s i4B affordable housing subsidiary for key workers and to Legal & General affordable homes. At the time of signing, the E01/02 project was the largest contract agreed by Wates on a single site, worth a total of £161.5m.

The nearest tubes stations are Wembley Park and Wembley Stadium.
