North Brent School is a new five-form entry secondary school in Neasden, London NW10.
The £27 million North Brent School is a brand new state-of-the-art school that was built by BAM Construction.
North Brent School, part of the Wembley Multi-Academy Trust, provides 1,150 places for pupils in years 7 to 13, in a new state-of-the-art, sustainable school building, with an interlinked sixth form block.
The five-storey school building provides spacious modern classrooms, equipped with the latest technology.
The school will be run by the Wembley Multi Academy Trust (Wembley High Technology College, East Lane Primary School).
History
North Brent School welcomed 120 pupils in September 2020 on the site of the Wembley High Technology College and once the brand new North Brent School building has been completed students will automatically transfer to North Brent School.
The school was built on the ca 0.8 ha Chancel House site. Chancel House was a 7,081m2 office building from the 1970’s.
2019 August - Planning application submitted for: Demolition of existing buildings and construction of a secondary school with sixth-form arranged in a 5 storey building incorporating a multi-use games area (MUGA) at roof level and incidental works to include landscaping, play-areas, means of enclosure, access and car and cycle parking. Architect: BAM Design. Brent Council 19/2804.
