Demolition of existing buildings comprising street block bounded by Edgware Road, George Street, Forset Street and Nutford Place and redevelopment by erection of a part eight, part nine storey building with roof level plant room, two storey basement containing car parking, cycle storage and other ancillary floorspace to provide up to 24 residential units (Class C3), offices (Class B1) and retail (Class A1) accommodation.
