Overview

Dock East is a waterside residential development on a 0.096-hectare site on the Isle of Dogs peninsula in Crossharbour, London E14.

The joint venture between Green Land and Orlandis Capital will be redeveloping the existing 50,000 sq ft waterside office building into residential dwellings. Two floors will be added and substantial alterations will be done to the façade.
