Blackhorse View is a residential-led, mixed-use development opposite to Blackhorse Road station in Walthamstow, London E17.
The scheme comprised 350 new homes for Blackhorse Road and Waltham Forest when it was completed in 2022. There are studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom modern, spacious and light apartments in 6 buildings. The first homes were completed in the spring of 2021. All homes were reserved in 2022.
Amenities: Private outdoor space to all homes and apartments overlooking landscaped courtyard gardens.
Affordable Homes: 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes were available with Shared Ownership through L&Q where you could buy your first home for 25% share. 50% onsite affordable homes including at London Affordable Rent for local people. Balconies and terraces to all homes. Launched in early 2021.

Summer 2018 - planning application was submitted and statutory consultation took place on the application
Tuesday 4 December 2018 - planning permission granted
Friday 15 March 2019 - Transport for London (TfL) closed the car park ready for work to start on site
Friday 19 July 2019 - Ground breaking ceremony takes place on site
Summer 2019 - work starts on site
