The regeneration of a warehouse site in Bilton Road saw the transformation of brownfield land into 105 one, two and three-bedroom apartments in 3 separate blocks.

New Build Homes
- 60 new homes for private sale.
- 17 homes will be rented at London Affordable Rent, a rate set by the Greater London Authority (GLA) and comparable to social rent. Ten units are available for London Living Rent, a Mayor of London initiative where rents are based on a third of average household incomes giving Londoners the chance to save for a deposit to buy a shared ownership home.
- 28 apartments will be for Shared Ownership.

The homes are close to nearby shops and amenities and within 10 to 15 minutes walk of Alperton and Perivale tube stations.

2021 May - Bugler update: The development is well underway. Block C screeding and dry-lining has been completed, with all 17 plots being metalled and boarded on one side. Block B - the block and face brick envelope is nearing completion. Windows are being installed. The block and face brick envelope for Block A is set to complete in June.

2020 March - Planning permission granted for the redevelopment of the site to provide 105 flats accommodated within three residential blocks ranging in height from four to eight storeys, with associated landscaping and amenity spaces, vehicle and cycle parking, and refuse and recycling (following demolition of a warehouse).
