New Public Garden
Landscape architect Churchman Thornhill Finch has designed the new public garden open 24/7.
The site sits on St Thomas Street and is bordered by Melior Street and Fenning Street. The existing Becket House is a 1980's office building of low architectural quality with a service yard located to the rear of the building. The building has been occupied by a Home Office Immigration Centre.
CBRE and Knight Frank have been appointed as leasing agents and have closely worked together with the design team to make sure that the office spaces are designed to the highest standards in the market.
2020 Spring - Planning application submitted.
2020 January - Second public exhibition.
2019 June - Dutch developer EDGE acquires 60 St Thomas Street. Simten, HFF and BCLP advised EDGE.
