Overview

EDGE London Bridge is a planned office development on the site of Becket House on St Thomas Street in London SE1.

60 St Thomas Street from the Dutch developer EDGE will be the UK’s first high rise building designed to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and a WELL Platinum certification.

The 260,000 sq ft building designed by Pilbrow & Partners will provide 28 floors of state-of-the-art commercial office space, including a large shared green roof terrace to promote occupier wellbeing, as well as a new adjacent public park.
