Overview
Cavendish Gardens is a £40m development project at the former Morrisons supermarket site in Hounslow.
This is a 100% affordable housing site close to West Hounslow station, at 8 Cavendish Parade, off Bath Road.
Apartments
The development comprises 93 shared ownership and 83 rented homes in three blocks, ranging up to seven storeys in height.
1, 2 and 3 bedroom Shared Ownership apartments were for sale through Fabrica.
The site incorporates residential, outdoor and 8,000 sq ft retail space as well as a play area.
The 19,044m2 scheme was designed by Colwyn Foulkes & Partners and the delivery architect will be Fourpoint Architects.
Construction work started in August 2019.
The scheme was originally due for completion during the Summer of 2021 (the date was set before March 2020, in Aug 2019).
The shared ownership homes are marketed through A2Dominion’s sales and marketing brand, Fabrica, and the affordable rented homes allocated via Hounslow Council.
