55 Victoria Street has achieved sectional completion, reports Buro Four.

42 of the 57 luxury units on levels 1-5, along with the main reception space have been completed.

Laura Marino, Creative Director at Alchemi Group has been hands on throughout the life of the project commented:
“The intention was to introduce a subtle New York character to the spaces by using materials and palettes that have a timeless appeal because of their quality and character and yet are intrinsically modern. We also wanted to offer buyers something slightly different to what they’d see in a typical development.”

“We kept the proportions and apartment sizes typical of converted, industrial Manhattan loft apartments, focusing on clean lines, and used materials that have warmth to them as well as a slight edge. When in NYC, we visited numerous boutique hotels and ate in popular local restaurants to study the spaces while absorbing the ambience they created.”

Buro Four Residential Director, Colin Bartlett said: “Having visited 55 Victoria Street this week it is abundantly clear that our clients brief and aspirations for a NYC loft style apartment development have been met.

The apartments offer a well-designed and spacious layout, when combined with the generous floor to ceiling heights, really brings forward that loft style feel. The use of material finishes both internally and externally only amplifies the edginess and quality desired for the finished product to great effect.

Buro Four are delighted to have been part of the delivery team for Alchemi Group on such a transformational project that has resulted in such a stunning residential offer.”
