Chorus has completed the refurbishment of the 40,000 sq ft offices at 108 Cannon Street.
The works included the full strip-out of the building, reconfiguration of existing shell and core, demolition of the existing 6th floor, followed by the construction of a new 6th and 7th floor. The building was extended to the rear of the property, complete with glass cladding / stone rain screen cladding to the façades, reports Chorus.
The project also included the formation of a double height reception, full Cat A fit-out including mechanical and electrical installations together with associated plant room areas, complete with new lift installations.
