Westminster Council Planning Committee is discussing an application submitted by Claridge's Hotel on Brook Street at a meeting that takes place tomorrow 6th of December 2016.
The proposal is for:
Internal and external alterations including alterations to roof comprising removal of rooftop plant rooms and associated structures and construction of additional two storeys to provide 40 additional hotel (Class C1) bedrooms; alterations to elevations on Brook Street, Davies Street and Brook's Mews; and excavation at basement level to provide five new basement levels to provide additional hotel floorspace (Class
C1) in the form of ancillary restaurants/bars, function rooms, hotel leisure/spa facilities, ancillary and back of house spaces.
