Alchemi Group has secured planning approval for the Grade II listed Westminster Fire Station in Victoria.
The building in the Broadway And Christchurch Gardens was originally built in 1906.
The front of the building at Graycoat Place will be used as a restaurant on ground and basement levels. The 5-storey residential part will comprise 17 apartments. There will be four one-bedroom apartments ranging from 39-65m2. Nine 2 bedroom apartments ranging from 84 to 135m2. Four 3 bedroom apartments will be 120 to 165m2.
