More than a third of the 89 flats have been sold at Chelsea Island development, reports Metro.
The reason for the success is said to be the generous size of the apartments. A two-bed on the 3rd floor, which costs £2,55 million, is 1,345 sq ft and had 2 balconies as well as a dual-aspect reception.
