Digital advertising firm Celtra has taken 3,920 sq ft of space at a rent of £74.50 per sq ft, and joins the existing occupiers in the building Mishcon de Reya, Peace|Crowell and a UK Government department, reports Farebrother.
Frogmore Asset Manager, John Matthews, said: “Our high quality refurbishment has attracted a wide range of tenants, and this latest letting has achieved the highest office rent agreed on High Holborn in recent years.”
Only the fourth and fifth floors in the building, which both provide around 8,600 sq ft, remain available. Three quarters of the available office space has let within six months of practical completion.
