Luxury sunglasses brand Linda Farrow has agreed terms to open a store in the Royal Opera House Arcade this summer, says Capital & Counties Properties PLC.

Joining the curated line-up of premium retailers already in the Arcade, including Mulberry, The Watch Gallery and Lulu Guinness, the Linda Farrow store will stock a range of the timeless frames, including a pair exclusive to Covent Garden.

British fashion designer Linda Farrow established her eponymous sunglasses label in 1970, which was later reopened in 2003 by her son, Simon Jablon. The collections, inspired by old-fashioned glamour, classic sophistication and pure luxury lifestyle, are crafted using the finest materials, including the ‘Precious Lenses’ line, with frames made by hand using 24 carat gold.

Michelle McGrath, Director of Capco Covent Garden, commented on the announcement:

“The exciting addition of Linda Farrow will further enhance the newly repositioned Royal Opera House Arcade, which now offers a strong line-up of luxury accessories including Mulberry and The Watch Gallery, while being perfectly complemented by the Chanel and Armani beauty stores opposite.”
