Greenwich Millennium Village has reached its highest point on the Latimer Apartments, which is the latest phase.

The celebration was marked with a traditional Topping-Out ceremony with senior representatives from Countryside, Taylor Wimpey, the Greater London Authority and Bennett Construction on Thursday 5th October 2017, at the site on the Greenwich Peninsula.

Peter Willis, Director of GMV Limited, commented: "We are delighted to be celebrating this major milestone in the delivery of Greenwich Millennium Village. Holding a traditional Topping-Out ceremony is symbolic in the timeline of the development and a celebration of the hard work and commitment that has got us to this stage. The latest release features the first houses to be available at GMV and the forming of a new Village Square, making this phase extremely exciting. Greenwich Millennium Village has matured into a desirable neighbourhood and a vibrant place to live, work and socialize."

The exciting new phase of homes has recently launched, featuring a range of contemporary three-bedroom Courtyard Houses, and four-bedroom Townhouses; the first houses to be available at GMV. These well-located homes offer house-hunters the opportunity to purchase a family property in a vibrant London location with easy access to a range of on-site facilities, including an Ofsted 'Outstanding' Primary School.

Homes in the 'Townhouse and Courtyard Collection' have been designed with modern day family life in mind. Townhouses are elegantly designed over three floors, offering a contemporary twist on classic city living, including a garden and private terrace which is accessed from the master bedroom. The Courtyard House design provides three-bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/living/dining area and access to a courtyard patio area. Further outdoor space is provided by a large first-floor terrace, accessed via the master bedroom.

Residents at Greenwich Millennium Village can take advantage of a huge amount of on-site amenities and green open space. The existing village square features a health centre, hairdressers, Ayurveda spa and shops including a pharmacy and dry cleaners, all of which contributes to the strong, close-knit community feel of the development. There is also a 24-hour a day on-site concierge service which can accept packages and hold keys on behalf of residents.

Prices for a two bedroom apartment currently start at £599,995 and are available with Help to Buy. Three bedroom split-level Überhaus apartments start from £764,995 and guide prices for houses start from £799,995 for a Courtyard House and £899,995 for a Townhouse.
