November update from the development at Great Hall -
The important levelling of the floor, through machining off high areas of existing screed, and infilling of low areas, to leave a level floor for the kitchen equipment has been completed.
The ceiling void has a high density of Mechanical & Electrical services nearing completion. In the service yard, the new sub-station is nearing completion, and new services are to be laid. The MCR terrace has been taken up in preparation of laying the new waterproof layer, after which the York stone pavings will be replaced.
