Hammersmith & Fulham Borough Council, who have been opposed to this regeneration project since the Council became Labour controlled, have exercised their option to terminate the development agreement, reports Helical plc.
Together with Grainger plc, Helical is now seeking to maximise the value of the land held by the joint venture company and are in discussions with the Council with the aim of reaching agreement on this sale.
