The scaffolding has been removed on Streatham Hill, reports architect CareyJones Chapman Tolcher.
Two of the seven residential buildings have been successfully handed over and some of the new tenants have already moved in to their new homes.
The next two buildings are expected to be handed over before Christmas and the project is expected to be completed in March 2018.
