A planning application has been submitted to Westminster City Council for:
Demolition and redevelopment of 114-150 Queensway and 97-113 Inverness Terrace, to provide a new building comprising two basement levels, ground and five upper storeys, providing retail uses at ground and part basement levels (Class A1 and flexible A1/A3) with up to 94 residential units (Class C3) at upper floor levels with associated private amenity space, the provision of 50 private residential and 36 public car parking spaces including disabled and electric vehicle charging spaces, secure cycle parking, associated basement level plant and servicing provision.
