Consular Apartments at Embassy Gardens offers 38 homes, through Optiva, on a shared ownership basis.
The apartments are in one building over eight floors and include 24 two bedroom apartments and 14 one bedroom apartments.
With shared ownership, you’ll buy a share of at least 25% in an apartment and then pay rent on the remaining share.
