Residential property group A2Dominion and award-winning architecture practice, Assael, have gained planning consent for a new residential scheme in Ealing, West London.

The scheme on Boston Road will offer 283 quality homes for genuinely affordable rent, shared ownership and sale, just minutes away from Hanwell train station.

Danny Lynch, A2Dominion’s Director of Land & Development, commented:
“The Boston Road scheme will deliver a range of high-quality affordable homes for people at a time of severe housing shortage, and we’re proud to be working with an award-winning team of architects, planners and consultants in providing these homes. This development also represents our commitment to continuing to increase our prescence in the borough of Ealing, where we already manage over 3,400 homes.”

Tim Chapman-Cavanagh, director at Assael Architecture, added:
“We are delighted to work with A2Dominion once again on this key site in Hanwell. The blend of quality homes and commercial space will make a huge contribution to Ealing, bringing affordable apartments and a selection of bustling retail units to the area. With this project, we wanted to create a scheme that was both welcoming and undeniably urban, using detailed brickwork and green spaces to tie the development in with the surrounding buildings. The market square acts as the heart of the scheme, knitting together the existing and proposed, to give the project a village feel where residents and the wider community can socialise and shop.”
