Barnet Council has granted planning permission for 50 new homes at Prospect Ring, East Finchley N2.
The development will comprise four 1-bed flats, and 46 2-bed flats, which will be allocated through Barnet Homes’ Allocations Scheme.
The 50 flats will be let at the affordable rent.
Work on site will begin later in 2018.
