The first two townhouses on the Cambium Development were handed over to customers last month, reports McLaren.
The two townhouses are the first of 8 sectional completions on the development. The team has also finished the show apartment.
Allister Lewis, Project Director commented: ”We are extremely happy to have reached this milestone in the Cambium development. I am very pleased with this great achievement for the Victoria Drive site team and it shows how far the project has come. This has also been echoed by the client’s team.”
Lendlease is a leading developer and the Cambium Development is one of the first projects in which they have chosen an external contractor to take the lead on a project, therefore building a strong working relationship with McLaren Construction.
Over the course of the next few months the phases of the development will be completing and the project will be handed over in late 2018.
