British Land will make a decision on the Blossom Street development before the end of this calendar year.
They have consent for a 340,000 sq ft mixed use development, integrating 258,000 sq ft of character office space, with retail and residential, to create a mixed-use development, that builds on the historic fabric of the area, which expires in February 2019. The plans envisage a mix of floorplates, to appeal to small and growing businesses, particularly in the technology and creative sectors, with the potential for some space to be allocated to Storey.
