Hanover Green and Marchmont have been instructed by St George to dispose of the remaining commercial accommodation in the Battersea Reach development.
Over 97% of the 1,200 apartments in the scheme have been sold to date.
The scheme has over 100,000 sq ft of commercial accommodation, of which over 70% has been sold or let.
The site has a mix of suites from 1,000 sq ft upwards which are available to rent or purchase.
