Parmarbrook has been appointed by Investec Asset Management for the fit out of 55 Gresham Street where they will occupy the entire 121,600 sq. ft of office space set across 11 floors.
HLW Architects is designing the £15m fit-out.
Investec Asset Management will relocate from their current office in Woolgate Exchange, 25 Basinghall Street.
