Regal London has opened the first show apartment at The Compton, designed in collaboration with award-winning designer, Kelly Hoppen MBE.
The interiors of the two-bedroom, two-bathroom show apartment have white walls and finishes and all of the furniture has been carefully hand-picked from Kelly Hoppen’s own range.
The 784 sq. ft show apartment with a private balcony features materials of the finest craftsmanship with quartz stone, marble effect worktops in the kitchen, book matched Italian marble in the bathrooms and washed grey oak herringbone wood flooring in the living/dining area. Polished plaster in the master bedroom, alongside an integrated headboard and floating side tables, rose gold detailing and pendant lights, give this space an added layer of luxury.
The building was designed by Simon Bowden Architects. A series of projecting bays with intricate leaf motif embossed panels run vertically, with the curvature producing a distinctive and seamless façade reminiscent of the nearby mansion blocks of St John’s Wood. All bays open onto private balconies, while all apartments benefit from full height windows which fill the spaces with natural light.
Hoppen has also designed the amenities exclusive to residents, including the dedicated concierge and state-of-the-art gymnasium, complete with ergonomic Technogym equipment.
A beautifully laid out communal roof garden will be available to residents, offering unrivalled, panoramic views of London’s skyline.
