Lifestyle apparel, footwear and accessories brand group VF has taken a 10-year lease of the 15,000 sq ft building Axtell Soho.
Simon Tann of Levy Real Estate, responsible for the letting, said: “Axtell Soho’s combination of leading-edge design, a Soho location, stunning offices, terraces and a rooftop garden space were key to attracting an occupier of VF’s calibre”.
The building will accommodate the VF marketing team and also will provide brand and product presentation showrooms. VF is due to take occupation next Spring.
